Connect Your Calendar
We'll find gaps in your schedule and nudge you when you actually have a moment. Read-only — we look at your schedule, never change it.
How gap-finding works
DESIGN DECISIONS
Q12: Google + Apple + Outlook. Read-only. These three cover 95%+ of users.
Apple limitation: CalDAV works in browser, but EventKit (better) is native-app-only. Noted in the UI so users know.
Privacy-first: We only need free/busy — not event titles or attendees. Requesting minimal permissions builds trust.
Skip is always OK: Calendar is optional. Without it, users pick their preferred nudge times manually. No feature is locked behind calendar access.
Open: Should we show event titles if we have access? Or intentionally NOT request that permission to reinforce privacy?
