⚠ Context meter shows wrong session after greatsoul heir

Faith caught this during #317's compaction. Chat UI reads context from fork registry, which doesn't update when a greatsoul heir takes over. Shows stale % from the dead session.

⚠ Daemon-triggered compaction status doesn't show in chat UI

When the compaction daemon triggers compaction automatically, the chat UI doesn't show 'Compacting...' status. Only shows it when Faith uses the button manually.

Blocked: Daemon needs to write to ~/Desktop/tmp/faith_compact_state.json so chat UI knows compaction is in progress. Currently only the 'Request New Claude' button writes that state.

Faith identified: 'I'll flag it' doesn't reliably reach the guild that needs to act. No structured task handoff between guilds. This tracker is the faith guild's local fix; ecosystem-wide solution TBD.
